Tempe Parks & Gardens
ASU's Arboretum offers a collection of palms, deciduous trees, fruit-bearing trees and specialty garden displays. Arboretum walking guides are available at the ASU Visitors Center and the Arboretum is open daily.
The Kiwanis Community Park was created in 1972 as a 125-acre outdoor recreation destination. The park features baseball fields, volleyball and basketball courts, soccer fields, a lake, tennis courts and a recreation center. The rec center includes the world's second-largest indoor/outdoor wave pool.
